Maestro Strings have a perlon core (like Dominant strings, for example). The E string is a plain steel string (such as the Eva Pirazzi E string). The A and D strings are Aluminium wound, and the G string is Silver wound (similar to the standard Dominant set).
The set is soft and produces a warm sound with quick response, slightly warmer than Dominant strings.
